We know what it takes to sell a home because we know what every buyer is looking for. We will discuss what needs to get fixed, what can wait and what can be personalized by your buyer. We will guide you on optimizing your space and styling the furniture you have or working with interior designers to ensure your space shows at its highest potential.

Connecting

We will connect you to the professionals who can get these tasks done, set time expectations and manage the process from beginning to end. Contractors, stagers, mural makers - you need one, we’ve got one! Once the home is ready and our team completes photography and virtual tours, we will reach out across our networks to make sure you have the maximum number of eyes…the right eyes…on your listing.

Maintaining

We don’t stop at the closing. What’s happening after you sell or rent? Do you need to find another home in the city? Can we connect you to the experts we collaborate with in other areas? Do you need help with a difficult tenant? Do you have friends or family in a similar situation? Or are you just curious about that film festival we posted on Instagram? What to expect

  1. Show us your home!

    This is the only way we can truly tell you what we think the value is. We will tell you if we think you need to remove furniture or personal items before we photograph, if we believe staging is necessary or any repairs that we suggest to maximize the value. We want to see how you live and strategize on how we can help you get the highest price with the most qualified buyer.

  2. Sign the listing agreement

    This allows us to represent you and get to work with the vendors we use to get the job done.

  3. Let us do our thing

    We will photograph the home, prepare virtual tours and get word out that we have another great product on the way…your home! Once the listing is active online, we will schedule showings of your home and collect offers.

  4. Assess the offers/applications

    We will walk you through each offer that comes through from each of the parties who want to buy or rent your home. While the ultimate decision is yours, we can tell you what we have seen over the years and discuss any points of negotiations to make sure you get the value and protection you deserve.

  5. Contract!

    Once you agree with an offer or applicant, it’s time to solidify it on paper. If you are selling, we give all of the pertinent information to your attorney who will draft up the contract of sale. If you are renting, we will draw up the required lease for your building. Once the contract or lease is signed, we make sure the ball gets into the endzone.

  6. Let us do our thing again

    We will work with the buyers and tenants on any applications required by the building or inspections and appraisals that need to happen. We work with you to plan the move to your next home. We stay in constant contact with your attorney to make sure all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed.

  7. Close!

    Once the building approvals are obtained and financing secured, it’s time to let your attorney schedule the closing and hand over the keys.
